Board state lives on GitHub

Tickets are GitHub issues on a Projects v2 board. Columns, workflows, and dependencies are native GitHub constructs — no separate database, no lock-in.

Autonomous stage pipeline

A daemon polls the board and runs fresh AI agent sessions per stage in per-ticket git worktrees. Provider-agnostic — Claude by default, any CLI agent via config.

Hard gates, human hand-off

Stages must prove their artifacts exist. Every workflow ends with an agent review pass, then hands the PR to you for review and merge. Nothing auto-merges, ever.

Local-first telemetry

One OTel-shaped trace per ticket turn, appended to local JSONL. No sampling — every failure is replayable from its trace.
